Our Story

Lets start something great

Chris and Cindy , together with our assistant’s, Bella, Ted and Sydney all enjoy designing and producing aviation and cruise ship related cards, mugs and apparel.�

We originally started out with a Etsy store but after getting contacted by a number or Airlines and Cruise Ship Companies we have now setup our website(s) to cater to each distinctive market.

How We Make Your Cards

It all starts with your order

We gather and verify your address info given

When you supply your address details we with setup the QR code or manually layout the address as text using photoshop.

Production

Using USA made Inks and USA made materials we produce your tags. This step takes about 5-7 minutes for a set of 3 tags.

Shipping

Sydney is in charge of our shipping department, he quality checks the tags and ensures what we produces matches your order. He ships the orders weekdays via USPS at 4pm

Company History Timeline

Founded in 2022

Originally setup as a Sole trader via Etsy we setup to provide tags on a small scale.

LLC (2023)

With the increase in orders and increase in requests we decided to move towards being a legitimate business.

USA Made Supplies

Intially we used Chinese made blanks, these proved to be of poor quality although they looked great. So we found a USA Manufacturer who could supply high quality blanks for our cards.

Christmas Ornaments (Oct 2023)

Our simple but fun christmas ornaments were a hit, selling over 400 of them in the 2023 Christmas Season.

New websites (Feb 2024)

We opened up this website , www.crewluggagtetags.com as well as www.customluggagetags.com . We still offer out products via our Etsy store https://www.etsy.com/shop/chrisandcinstudio
