Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.
You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.
We will happily refund you in full for any order that hasn’t been produced.
Contact Us straight away, we will rectify the situation as fast as we can.
If we have made a mistake we apologize in advance.Â
We are here to make sure you get the order and a perfect order, so let us know so we can fix the issue asap.
With the cost of shipping we normally wont ask you to return an item, its simply just a waste of money and your time. Â
If we do need the item returned we will email you a USPS, Fedex or UPS return label.
To change your password if you’re already logged in:
Click account in the top right of the page.
Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.
Click Security and login.
Click Edit next to Change password.
Enter your current password and new password.
Click Save Changes.
You can cancel your account at any time.
You can delete your account yourself, if you cannot get the account to delete please email us via the contact us page.
We process refunds within 1 business day. But then the credit card company and banks will then take their own sweet time to give the money back to you!Â
This part is out of our control and we cant also do anything but wait. Normally you will see the credit on your statement within 5 business days.Â
All sales are final here at Crew Luggage Tags.com , we will only issue a refund if the order was processed incorrectly or we sent you the wrong item.Â
Address and names are copy and pasted from your order page, no refunds will be made for mistakes in names and contact details unless of course its our mistake and we made a gross error in producing your cards.Â
We don’t accept returns on our item, all sales are final.
The exception to this is if there is a quality control issue with the product, you were sent the wrong item, we made a error in the contact details or name or the product itself has a defect.Â
If you experience a issue with your item please please contact us asap so we can find a solution.
Tags for US based companies are shipped free via USPS to US addresses.Â
Other tags and tags shipped to non USA addresses will have a shipping charge which you will see at checkout.Â
If a shipping label and tracking information isn’t showing in your account or you haven’t received a email we are happy to change the ship to address for domestic USA orders.Â
Unfortunately for International orders we will have to cancel the order, refund you and then have your do the order again to change the ship to address.Â
f your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, you can check the website to see the current status.
You should also have received a tracking number via email once we shipped your order.Â
Please note: The expected shipping times for orders outside of the USA, do not take into account possible delays if your parcel is held up in customs. We would ask you to allow 21 days from order to receive your item(s), prior to further investigation.
If you’ve ordered during the Christmas Rush period (Nov 1 to Dec 24) it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.
Due to fraud issues and shipping problems there are many countries we cannot ship to, we apologize for this.Â
